Job Summary
Conduct administrative duties at the store and keep promotions and pricing up to date daily. Maintain facilities for audit compliance and assist the Store Leader in executing sales, service, and customer experience initiatives. Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed. This role requires open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 18 and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will provide attentive, friendly service while leading by example for teammates, preparing for advancement to Store Manager. Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
