Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and performance management while overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development. Oversee all store operations including hiring, merchandising, inventory, marketing initiatives, and asset protection to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets sales, customer experience, and operational goals. Provide exceptional customer service, assist with customer concerns, and enforce United Wireless policies and standards to maintain a productive, inclusive environment. Requires 1-3 years of retail sales and management experience, flexible schedule, and ability to stand for extended periods.
