Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and asset protection, while ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory and merchandising, and execute marketing initiatives in alignment with company standards. Maintain a productive, customer-focused environment by enforcing policies and supporting loss prevention efforts. Requires 1-3 years of retail sales and management experience, bilingual ability, and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
