Job Summary
Lead the store team by coaching Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance. Manage customer wait times, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure displays meet company standards while maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. Coach team members on sales strategies, enforce United Wireless policies, and monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance. Assist in controlling store expenses, managing discounts, and helping staff use store systems effectively. Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This hourly position offers competitive pay, uncapped commission, health benefits, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
