Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance and control store expenses through appropriate discount management. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure displays meet company standards, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment. Provide guidance on sales strategies, help team members use store systems, and enforce United Wireless policies and procedures. Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This role supports the company's mission of earning customer loyalty and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment within one of the nation's fastest-growing wireless retailers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
