Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance, control store expenses, and manage discounts appropriately. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure displays meet company standards, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment. Provide guidance on sales and customer service strategies, help team members use store systems, and enforce United Wireless policies. Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This hourly position offers uncapped commission potential and includes health, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
