Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure compliance with retail procedures, and support store maintenance to uphold United Wireless policies. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance and assist team members in using store systems effectively. Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This hourly position offers competitive pay with uncapped commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
