Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Oversee visual merchandising, store maintenance, and system usage to ensure displays meet standards and the environment remains organized. Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs, controlling expenses, and enforcing United Wireless policies. Support the team in achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals through guidance on sales and service strategies. This role requires flexible scheduling for full-time employees and is open to those with 1-2 years of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule for Full-Time employees
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
