Job Summary
Lead the store team by coaching Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions, manage wait times, and ensure seamless, solutions-oriented service. Monitor performance indicators, control expenses, and manage discounts while driving financial results and upholding United Wireless policies. Support store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures to ensure efficient use of store systems and communications. This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, and the ability to stand for long periods.
