Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Lead by example to foster a customer-first culture, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with retail procedures. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance and control store expenses. Assist team members in using store systems and tools effectively. This hourly position offers competitive pay with uncapped commission potential, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and employee phone discounts. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
