Job Summary
Retail Store Manager at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) leads store operations, hires and develops staff, supervises scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and daily store functions; responsible for achieving sales goals, delivering strong customer service, training and mentoring employees, managing labor and inventory, and driving KPIs in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment. Must oversee observations of employee-customer interactions, address customer issues, stay current on products and services, and foster an inclusive team culture. Requires 2-4 years in retail management, 2-4 years sales/sales management, HS diploma or GED, and legal work authorization in the US.
