Job Summary
Lead store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and marketing, while monitoring sales, inventory, and labor controls to drive financial results and minimize asset risk. Conduct observations of employee-customer interactions to guide development, coaching, and training completion. Maintain a clean store environment, assist with customer issues, and ensure staff meets monthly success measurements and sales goals. Support team initiatives through personalized performance management and recognition. Required Qualifications
- 2 years wireless retail experience
- 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales
- 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
