Job Summary
Retail Store Manager role leading a T-Mobile retail store at Luna Wireless. Responsibilities include overseeing all store operations, hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership; serve as primary point of contact for employees; drive store performance, labor controls, inventory management, and achievement of sales goals; develop and coach staff, ensure excellent customer experience, stay current on products/services, and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented environment. Requirements include 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales, 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience, 18+ years old, and US work authorization; Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or GED required). Compensation: starting at $50,000/year plus commission and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO).
