Job Summary
Lead store operations by observing employee interactions, managing staffing and scheduling, and monitoring sales and inventory to drive productivity and financial results. Own store success through loss prevention, marketing initiatives, and maintaining a clean environment while ensuring staff meet monthly success measurements and sales goals. Provide development, training, and mentoring to build a team capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding brand expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years wireless retail experience
- 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales
