Job Summary
Retail Store Manager for Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, leads store operations in Phenix City. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and team leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. Oversees labor controls, inventory, loss prevention, program implementation, and overall store performance; maintains a neat, organized environment and fosters an inclusive culture. Requires 2-4 years of retail management experience, HS diploma or GED, legally eligible to work in the US; Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Compensation includes base pay with commissions, benefits, 401K, paid time off, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years management experience in retail sales
- 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
- Strong communication, Microsoft Office, Store Management, Store Operations, Customer Service skills
