Job Summary
Lead by example to drive a top-performing T-Mobile Authorized Retail store. Oversee all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership. Serve as the primary contact for employees, ensure excellent customer experiences, coach and develop staff, manage labor and inventory, and champion achievement of sales goals and KPIs. Stay current on products, services, and leadership best practices while fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment. Strong emphasis on customer relationships, performance management, and daily store excellence; bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Required)
- 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
