Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention and team leadership; acts as primary point of contact for store employees and drives store performance by overseeing staffing, labor controls, inventory, customer experience, and achievement of sales targets; lead by example with up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and leadership best practices; champion development, mentoring, and an inclusive environment; requires 2-4 years of management experience in retail and a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years management experience in retail sales (Required)
- 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
