Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Become skilled with digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and plan benefits, completing training on in-store experience, new skills, and system processes. Collectively own the customer experience with T-Mobile employees to resolve issues and identify small business leads. FT and PT positions available. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
