T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced, customer-focused in-store environment. They educate customers on devices and service solutions, demonstrate features, perform side-by-side selling to uncover personalized plans, and collaborate with store teams to resolve issues and drive loyalty. The role emphasizes learning through in-store training, using digital tools to showcase coverage and solutions, and identifying new business leads while delivering world-class customer experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required. Must be at least 18, with HS diploma or GED and legal work authorization in the United States. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with commission as a component of compensation and a benefits package.
