T-Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, build energy around our brand and products in a fast-paced store environment. They educate customers, perform hands-on demonstrations of devices and services, uncover customer needs, and recommend personalized device and plan solutions. The role emphasizes team collaboration, in-store customer experience, and proactive learning with training on in-store processes and systems. The position offers opportunities for advancement, with commissions on top of base pay and benefits; bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required. Candidates should have at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Both part-time and full-time roles are available.
