T-Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, are brand ambassadors in a fast-paced in-store environment who educate customers, demonstrate devices and services, uncover customer needs, and recommend solutions to drive sales. The role emphasizes hands-on product demonstrations, collaboration with store teams, handling leads, and delivering a world-class customer experience. Training is provided and progression opportunities are available. The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules; bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required. Compensation includes base pay plus commission with benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K) and paid time off. High school diploma or GED required, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
