Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services in a fast-paced store environment. They educate customers on devices and service plans, demonstrate latest technology, perform hands-on demonstrations, and engage in side-by-side selling to uncover customer needs and deliver personalized solutions. The role emphasizes learning and development through new-employee training, collaboration with store teammates and other channels, and ongoing knowledge of wireless innovations, with opportunities for advancement and growth. The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules, offers competitive base pay plus commission, and includes benefits and paid time off. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
