Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement for the T-Mobile brand in-store, provide a world-class customer experience, educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, uncover customer needs, and recommend device and service solutions. They work to connect customers with the right products, collaborate with store teammates and other channels, complete new employee training, and pursue opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, technology-focused retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
