They educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, uncover customer needs, and guide solutions with a focus on a world-class customer experience. The role involves side-by-side selling, learning digital tools for in-store experiences, and collaborating with teammates and other channels to resolve issues and generate leads. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and commission-based earnings. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
