Job Summary
Serving customers in-store by helping them continue their shopping journey online or via Customer Care, exploring individual needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Become skilled with digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks, plan benefits, and complete training on in-store experiences and systems. Collectively own the customer experience by resolving issues and seamlessly identifying small business leads, while supporting team initiatives to create an inclusive environment. Requires 6 months of customer service or sales experience; bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
