T-Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) will be part of a store team bringing the T-Mobile brand to life, acting as brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement, educate customers on devices and plans, demonstrate solutions in-store, perform side-by-side demonstrations, and help customers find personalized device and service solutions. The role emphasizes learning on the job, completing in-store training, using digital tools to showcase coverage and plans, and collaborating with T-Mobile staff across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
