Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy around the T-Mobile brand in-store, demonstrate devices and services, identify customer needs, educate and recommend device and service solutions, and provide a world-class customer experience. They work as part of a team to learn and apply new skills, complete training, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and drive sales and loyalty by helping customers find personalized device and service solutions.
