T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand, serve as brand ambassadors in a fast-paced environment, educate and demonstrate device and service solutions, and work with a team to ensure a world-class customer experience. The role involves hands-on demonstrations of technology, uncovering customer needs, providing personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, and using digital tools to showcase network coverage and offerings. Requires completing the in-store training and collaborating with cross-channel teams to resolve issues and hand off small business leads. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred; bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
