Job Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador for T-Mobile by helping customers continue their shopping journey from online or care channels, exploring individual needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond standard device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while approaching service and sales needs with composure and integrity. Become skilled with digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks, explain unlimited plan benefits, and complete training on in-store experiences and systems. Collectively own the customer experience by resolving issues and creating a seamless, run-around-free environment, while successfully identifying and handing off small business leads to partners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
