Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) sell the T-Mobile brand and products as part of a team, building energy and excitement in-store. They educate customers, demonstrate devices and services, identify customer needs, and hand off small business leads. The role emphasizes a world-class customer experience, ongoing training, and collaboration with other T-Mobile staff to resolve issues and drive sales. Flexible schedule options include both full-time and part-time positions, with commission-driven earnings, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.”
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
