Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Authorized Retailer, build energy and excitement for the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced, in-store environment. Responsibilities include helping customers select products and services, demonstrating devices and plans, performing hands-on demonstrations, upselling accessories and IoT devices, and collaborating with T-Mobile teammates to deliver a world-class customer experience. Requires completing new-employee training and maintaining knowledge of network coverage, plans, and systems. Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and have a High School Diploma or GED.
