Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) build energy around the T-Mobile brand in-store, Educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, and engage in side-by-side selling to uncover needs and provide personalized solutions. The role emphasizes delivering a world-class customer experience, using digital tools, collaborating with store teams, and completing training. Roles are available in both part-time and full-time formats; benefits and a base pay plus commission structure are offered. Requires 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and being at least 18 years old. Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
