Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) build energy around the T-Mobile brand in-store, educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, uncover customer needs, and guide solutions beyond basic devices. They work with a team to deliver a world-class customer experience, complete new-employee training, and identify opportunities to hand off small business leads. The role emphasizes proactive learning, use of in-store digital tools, and contributing to an inclusive, high-performance store culture. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required, and positions are available as both full-time and part-time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish preferred but not required)
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
