Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives work as part of a store team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement in-store, educating customers on devices and service plans, and performing hands-on demonstrations. They uncover customer needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a world-class customer experience. Training is provided as new associates grow their skills, with opportunities across both full-time and part-time roles. Bilingual Spanish is welcome but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
