Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a store team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, educate customers on device and service solutions, perform hands-on demonstrations, and engage in side-by-side selling to uncover needs and provide personalized solutions. The role emphasizes in-store training, customer experience, and collaboration with store teammates and other channels to resolve issues and generate leads. The position is learning-focused, with opportunities to advance and participate in ongoing skill development in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
