Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand in-store as part of a Retail Team of Experts. They educate customers on devices and services, perform hands-on demonstrations, uncover customer needs, and recommend solutions while delivering a world-class customer experience. The role emphasizes learning and development, working with team members and store leaders, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment in a fast-paced retail setting. Training completion is required, with opportunities for advancement and a mix of roles between part-time and full-time schedules. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus, and the position offers commission-based earnings with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
