Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, act as brand ambassadors in a fast-paced in-store environment, educating customers, demonstrating devices and service plans, and performing side-by-side sales to uncover personalized solutions. They build energy and loyalty through world-class customer experiences, complete new-employee training, and collaborate with store teams to resolve issues and generate leads for small business opportunities. The role emphasizes learning and growth, with commission-based earning potential and both full-time and part-time positions available. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; the position is in-store and in-person at the Dallas, TX location.
