Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement for the T-Mobile brand in-store as part of a Retail Team of Experts. They serve as brand ambassadors, uncover customer needs, and educate on devices and services through hands-on demonstrations and side-by-side selling to deliver personalized solutions. The role emphasizes customer experience, relationship-building, and utilizing digital tools to convey network coverage and service plans. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within a fast-paced environment; bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. The position is available in both full-time and part-time formats, and success relies on passion for customer service, a competitive drive, and collaborative teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
