Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) within Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, are brand ambassadors who provide a world-class in-store experience, educate customers on devices and services, demonstrate products, and build relationships to drive sales. The role emphasizes learning and teamwork, hands-on demonstrations of technology, identifying customer needs, extending services and accessories beyond basic plans, and collaborating with other store staff to ensure a seamless customer journey. Training on in-store processes and systems is required, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive base salary plus commission; flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
