T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives build energy around the T-Mobile brand in-store, perform hands-on demonstrations of devices and services, identify customer needs, educate on plans, and collaborate with store teams to deliver a world-class customer experience while driving sales. The role emphasizes learning and skill-building in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including customer engagement, product demonstrations, solution recommendations, and teamwork to resolve issues and grow the business. Candidates typically have 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, a willingness to learn, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
