Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand in-store, educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, and upsell accessories while delivering a world-class customer experience. They work with teammates to identify customer needs, complete training, and help customers navigate online and in-store shopping journeys. The role emphasizes learning and growth, with opportunities to advance, and includes collaboration with cross-channel teams to resolve issues and generate leads. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required; training and a fast-paced environment are core aspects of the position.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
