Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Premium Authorized Retailer) are brand ambassadors who educate customers about devices and service options, perform in-store demonstrations, and build relationships to grow sales in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The role focuses on uncovering customer needs, showcasing the latest technology, using digital tools for the sales process, collaborating with other store personnel, and contributing to a world-class customer experience. Opportunities include training, advancement, and a mix of in-store responsibilities with a commission-based compensation structure. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required. Positions available for both full-time and part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
