T-Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors for Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, responsible for delivering a world-class in-store experience, demonstrating and recommending devices and service plans, identifying customer needs, and building relationships to drive sales and loyalty. The role emphasizes learning and development, hands-on product demonstrations, side-by-side selling, utilizing digital tools for store operations, collaborating with store teams and other channels, and supporting business and customer service interactions. The position offers opportunities for career growth, commission-based earnings, and a mix of full-time and part-time schedules, with emphasis on customer advocacy, fast-paced environment, and ongoing training. The job requires at least 18 years of age, legal work authorization in the U.S., and a high school diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged but not required.
