Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced store environment. They educate customers on devices and service solutions, perform hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, and provide personalized recommendations to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include helping customers continue their shopping journey both in-store and online, using digital tools to explain coverage and plans, completing in-store training, collaborating with store teammates and other channels, and identifying small business leads. The role emphasizes customer experience, energy, relationship-building, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Requirements include at least 18 years old, legal work authorization in the US, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong customer service or sales experience; bilingual Spanish is encouraged.
