Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services in a fast-paced, in-store environment. Responsibilities include helping customers, conducting hands-on demonstrations of devices and services, upselling with side-by-side selling, learning and using digital tools for customer interactions, understanding network coverage and plans, completing in-store training, and collaborating with store teams and other channels to resolve issues and drive customer experience. The role emphasizes customer education, relationship-building, and identifying small business leads, with opportunities for advancement and a mix of full-time and part-time schedules. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
