T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) will be part of a in-store team representing Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer. Responsibilities include helping customers choose products and plans, delivering demonstrations of devices and services, solving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience, collaborating with store teams and other channels, and participating in new-hire training. The role emphasizes building relationships, identifying customer needs, educating on products, and driving sales through hands-on demonstrations, with opportunities to advance within the organization.
