Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives work as part of a store team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, serving as brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement in a fast-paced environment. They learn and demonstrate the latest technology, identify customer needs, provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services, and use digital tools to showcase coverage and plans. The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-team collaboration, and turning customer interactions into solutions, with training completed as part of on-boarding. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
