T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) build energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand in-store as brand ambassadors, educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, and uncover customer needs to offer personalized wireless solutions. The role is a learning position with training provided; candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, establish relationships across channels, and contribute to a world-class customer experience. The position is offered as full-time and part-time with opportunities for advancement; bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required. At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States; High School Diploma or GED required.
