Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, immersed in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions, develop relationships with customers, and complete new employee training. Responsibilities include helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, via Customer Care, or in-store), performing hands-on demonstrations of technology, side-by-side selling to uncover personalized solutions, using digital tools to explain network coverage and plans, and partnering with other teams to resolve issues and identify small business leads. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, a competitive drive, teamwork, adaptability, and ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)
