T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They immerse themselves in connecting with customers, assess needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This learning role requires collaborating with teammates, completing in-store training, and continuing to build skills in wireless technology, coverage, and plans. Responsibilities include helping customers select devices and plans, providing hands-on demonstrations, performing product and service demonstrations in-store, upselling accessories and IoT devices, using digital tools to showcase coverage and options, and developing relationships with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and generate leads. The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, and ongoing skill development in a fast-paced retail environment.
